On getting information regarding assemblage of anti social elements for the purpose of committing dacoity, a raid was conducted and during the course thereof, four persons, were apprehended while remaining escaped. On search, from the possession of petitioner one country made loaded pistol, one live cartridge, one mobile set, 7000/- cash including recovery of loaded fire arm from other accused Nagendra, Mukesh Sah as well as recovery of mobile set so from the possession of Rajesh Paswan has also been shown.
