JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 25-08-2021 Heard the parties through virtual court proceeding. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. In pursuance to the order dated 28.07.2021, status report of trial in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 591 of 2018 has been received and kept at Flag-A, in which it is reported that charge sheet has been submitted on 11.03.2019 cognizance has been taken against the petitioner and the case is pending for supply of police paper.

Considering the present stage of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his payer for bail is rejected in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 591 of 2018 pending before the court of the learned Judicial

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16072 of 2021(3) dt.25-08-2021 2/2 Magistate, 1st Class, Patna.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed. However, Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible within a period of six months from the date of initiation of normal physical proceeding and /or through Video Conferencing and S. S.P., Patna is directed to ensure production of the witnesses in the case on each and every date fixed without fail.
