The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Katihar Town P.S. Case No.396 of 2014 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 09.07.2014. Further it is submitted that 12 cases are pending against the petitioner except this case. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20571 of 2015 (3) dt.31-07-2015 Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Katihar Town P.S. Case no. 396 of 2014, subject to condition that petitioner will file Hazri in the nearest police station once in a fortnight for one year and he will not indulge in such activity in future. Further condition that one of the bailors shall be near relative of the petitioner like father, brother, son and wife of the petitioner and he will file an affidavit to this effect that petitioner shall not involve in such activity in future and if any information either by bailors or by the police shall receive then bail bond of the petitioner shall stand cancel by the court below.
