JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners and other accused are said to have taken away the son of the informant, who, later on, was found missing and the informant claimed that his son was killed by the petitioners and other accused. Having more or less similar allegation some co-accused, have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court and, moreover, no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioners, who do not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
