In view of the Rule 16 of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Disputes Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with the liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority in terms of the Rule quoted hereinabove.
