The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 254 of 2014 registered under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-B)AC, 26(ii) and 35 392 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, though, petitioner has been named in the First Information Report, but his name has come on confessional statement of the co-accused. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-
