The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 643 of 2019, (O.PPanapur), registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016-18.

Considering the allegations of the petitioner is having collected huge quantity of liquor in his Hut, which was recovered from his respective Hut in presence of independent witnesses, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
