The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Tarapur P.S. Case No. 114 of 2019 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of POCSO Act.

As per the prosecution case, on 07.08.2019 the daughter of the informant went to Tarapur market to buy sandals but she did not return to home. Informant started the search of his daughter and from reliable sources he came to know that his daughter was abducted by some accused persons including the petitioner (Sandip Kumar Chaudhary).

A statement has been made by the victim girl under Section 164 of Cr.P.C in which she had stated that petitioner had forcibly taken her to Station on motorcycle and from there she

In view of the facts of the case and statement of the victim made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Ankit/- U T
