In this case, the petitioners are apprehending his arrest in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No. 734 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 307(A), 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. In the present case, an allegation has been made against five persons to have involved in committing murder and the dispute has arisen on account of fishing. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, above named, is rejected.
