2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 09.12.2022 passed in A.B.P. No. 4426 of 2022, arising out of Complaint Case No. 1097 of 2020 by the learned Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
