JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 198 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioners happens to be parents-in-law of the informant and no specific overt act has been attributed against them. Moreover, it is informed that the husband of the informant has filed anticipatory bail petition before this Court and a coordinate Bench of this court has already issued notice to the informant and has stayed the arrest of husband of the informant.
