The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No.107 of 2014 registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is of killing Lalsa Kumari, the daughter of the informant, Jiut Pal, for non fulfillment of the dowry demand of cash Rs.50,000/- and a Hero Honda Mmotorcycle. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and, in fact, the deceased was suffering from illness and she was being treated by the doctor and regarding her illness, information was given to the informant and, later on, when the deceased was being

Buxar, she died in the way and she was cremated in presence of the informant but due to ulterior motive, the informant has lodged this false case after five days of the alleged occurrence. The petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2015. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No.107 of 2014.
