JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-09-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 09.12.2014 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court (now transferred) in Cr. Misc. No. 18014 of 2011 to the extent that the dated of order of cognizance has been recorded in the order as 03.04.2010 instead of 05.04.2010.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the certified copy of the order of the cognizance brought on record with the original petition reflects that the date of order of cognizance is 05.04.2010.

In the circumstances, the order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24233 of 2016 (2) dt.21-09-2016 2/2 09.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18014 of 2011 is modified to the extent that the date of order of cognizance be read as 05.04.2010 instead of 03.04.2010.

Accordingly the modification application is disposed off.
