2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have shot dead the husband of the informant due to property dispute. Petitioner is none other than own son of the deceased.
