JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 29-04-2015 The petitioner has filed this application for grant of provisional bail assigning the reason of the marriage of his younger sister which is going to be solemnized on 3rd May 2015 and Titak ceremony, which has solemnized on 28th April 2015. Looking to the nature of prayer and the attending facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on provisional bail for two weeks on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Tr. No. POSCO 20/14 arising out of Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 522/14, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be father of the petitioner who is a teacher in 10 + 2 school at Kasap.
