2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/34 of IPC.
3. Allegedly, petitioner is said to have poured hot boiled water on the body of the minor grandson of the informant due to which he sustained burn injury over his body.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and she has committed no offence. She has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is totally false and based on concocted facts. There is admitted land dispute between the parties. There is no eye-witness to the alleged occurrence. Her name has been transpired in the present case due to previous
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7927 of 2024(3) dt.10-05-2024 2/2 enmity. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and she is in judicial since 01.11.2023 .
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the submissions made as well as the period of judicial custody, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 05 of 2019.
