Mr.Uday Pratap Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 02-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that when the informant was sitting

No.3701 of 2022(2) dt.02-08-2022 2/3 in his house along with other family members, all the accused persons including the petitioners entered into the house and started abusing the informant and when the informant made protest, then they assaulted the informant and other family members by bricks and stones, as a result of which they sustained injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that informant and petitioner No. 1 are full brother and in the background of a dispute with regard to passage of road, the present F.I.R has been registered. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Moreover, the injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3701 of 2022(2) dt.02-08-2022 3/3 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Arwal in connection with Parasi P.S. Case No. 31 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
