The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but the stolen motor cycle was recovered from possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner has remained in jail for more than seven months.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
