The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No.260 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The petitioner is the father of one Abhishek Kumar, who had eloped with a minor girl aged about 13 years. The petitioner is in custody since 05.11.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5806 of 2024(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar, in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No.260 of 2023.
