JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-01-2024 Though the present petition has been filed for recall of that part of the order dated 12.10.2017, passed in CWJC No.10477 of 2017, by which the petitioners herein have been directed to make payment of 12% compound interest to the opposite party no.1 herein, in case the principal amount of a sum of Rs.50,40,167.17/- is not paid within eight weeks, but realizing the fact that recall of the said part of the order dated 12.10.2017 would amount to reviewing of the aforesaid order dated 12.10.2017, which is not permissible in the present proceedings, the learned counsel for the petitioners herein
