This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 356 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the N.I. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner granted time by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court to repay the entire amount. The petitioner is not interested in settling the dispute. The petitioner is doing the business of cheating by promising the job to the gullible person. Dismissal of the case will not stop the petitioner from settling the dispute with the informant in the trial court.

The trial court is directed to conclude the trial at the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5405 of 2023(3) dt.16-05-2023 2/2 earliest.

In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
