JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are parents in law of the deceased, who was, allegedly, killed within four-walls of house of the petitioners. Submission on behalf of the petitioners is that petitioners were residing separately from the husband of the deceased and as a matter of fact, deceased died of her ailment and after cremation of her dead body, the informant lodged this case with ulterior motive.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released
