The petitioners seek regular bail in Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 137/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is specific allegation in the written report of causing injury on head of the informant with Fasuli against Kameshwar Rai. It is alleged that Sunil Rai took golden Bajrangbali from possession of the petitioner and Chhatish Rai assaulted the informant on neck with iron rod. Petitioner no. 1 Dheeraj Rai @ Dhiraj Kumar is alleged to have terrorised the informant and family members by making firing with Desi

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.152 of 2019(2) dt.18-01-2019 2/2 pistol. There is no specific allegation of overt act against petitioner no. 2 Santosh Rai. Petitioners are in custody since 25.11.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S.
