The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was apprehended on 6.1.2015 but he has not been put on Test Identification Parade. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in connection with Laukahi
