The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has been made accused in a case of theft of Bolero vehicle bearing registration no. BR-05G-3746. It appears that the petitioner and co-accused Ajay Singh have confessed their guilt but nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 08.11.2014, i.e. for more than seven months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20570 of 2015 (2) dt.17-06-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarhana at Motihari in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 256 of 2014.
