Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 12.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42202 of 2014. The petitioner filed this petition for grant of provisional bail to attend the marriage ceremony of his sister which is scheduled to be held on 23.05.2015. The petitioner is in jail from before and the marriage of his sister was fixed in absence of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail in a case under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the I.P.C.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on provisional bail and accordingly the same is rejected
