Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-25(i-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

One loaded country-made pistol and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 20-12-2015. So far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned; it has specifically been pleaded at paragraph-3 of the petition that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17586 of 2016 (2) dt.29-04-2016 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 185 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Smt. Rajni Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, Patna.
