Petitioners are in custody in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 182 of 2019 for the offence under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2569 of 2020(2) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 326, 307, 353/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of dispute over Rasta the occurrence took place. The petitioners are in custody since 25.9.2019. Referring to prosecution case, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is omnibus allegation against these petitioners.

Considering the facts that there is omnibus allegation against these petitioners, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners named above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50, 000/- (Fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Gopalganj, in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S. Case No. 182 of 2019 subject to the condition that bailors will be residents of locality.
