The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 967 of 2019 dated 06.11.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 472 of the Indian Penal Code.
The educational certificate of the petitioner which was furnished by him for obtaining his engagement as an Agent for executing the Government work was found to be forged. The aforesaid fact was discovered during the scrutiny of the application form. The petitioner could not obtain any engagement.
He further submits that the accusation of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14933 of 2021(3) dt.10-03-2022 2/2 certificate furnished by him to be forged and fabricated is incorrect. The accusation, in fact, is presumptuous and such charge has not been finally substantiated.
Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner and taking into account the fact that he is a young person with no criminal antecedent, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 967 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
