The petitioner seeks bail in Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 100 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 373 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the Witch Craft Prevention Act, 1999.

The informant made allegation that the petitioner and his family members making allegation of witch craft against his mother, assaulted her.

It is submitted that there is omnibus and general allegation of assault against the petitioner. Other accused persons have already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 24.03.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the

No.20560 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 2/2 similarly situated co-accused have already been enlarged on bail, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.A.
