Petitioners pray for bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the F.I.R., co-accused Vicky Kumar fired at the head of father of the informant, on account of which, he died and petitioners and other co-accused persons are alleged to have hatched conspiracy for killing the father of informant. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that specific allegation of firing is against co-accused Vicky Kumar. So far as petitioners are concerned, they are only alleged to be conspirator and are in custody since 01.11.2021.

However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioners is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Daraunda P.S.
