Accordingly, this petition filed in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case no. 125/2014 stands dismissed being infructous. However, before parting with this order, I think it proper to remind Sri Kumud Ranjan Singh, Addl. Sessions Judge VIII, East Champaran, Motihari that he should be more cautious and vigilant while passing orders on bail petitions.
