2. Petitioners apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363 , 363 (A) , 364, 365 , 366(A) , 367 and 372 of the Indian Penal Code .
3. As per the prosecution case , allegation against these petitioners is that they kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant from house in the absence of parents. The victim
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6373 of 2024(4) dt.01-07-2024 2/2 in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P . C has supported the prosecution case and stated that these petitioners sexually assaulted her.
4. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr. P . C and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
