2. Following are the reliefs sought for in the present application :

"i. For to direct the respondent authority consider the petitioner's technical

Patna High Court CWJC No.1825 of 2025(6) dt.08-05-2026 2/3 bid, then open the financial bid and after comparison of quoted rates of all the bidders (participating in tender process), decide the lowest bidder (L-1) as per law with respect to the Tender Enquiry Ref. no. 997 (tend) Dated 25/11/2024 relates to outsourcing alternate power back up (silent generator) services at govt. Health Care facilities in Sheohar district.

ii. For restrain the authority concerned from take any final decision without considering the technical bid as well as financial bid of the petitioner in notice inviting tender (NIT), Tender Enquiry Ref. No. 997 (tend) dated 25/11/2024.

iii. For direction to the authority concerned to hold an enquiry under what circumstances the tender document has been missing from page no. 627 to 640, out of the Page No. 1 to 640 which was submitted by the petitioner and accordingly punish the erring authority/concerned.

iv. For directing the respondent authority to consider the petitioner technical bid after ignoring the alleged missing page no. 627 to 640 which are not an essential/ necessary /required in view of the guideline of state health society provisions.

v. For to direct the concerned authority to consider the technical bid well as as financial bid after accepting the photo copies of the relevant documents (allegedly missing i.e. Page no. 627 to 640 of tender documents) as the petitioner is ready to produce/submit the same before the authority concerned.

vi. For grant of any other relief/ reliefs for which the petitioner may be found entitled there too in fact of circumstances of

3. From perusal of the records, it appears that during pendency of the present writ application, the representation of the petitioner has already been disposed of vide order dated 03.01.2025 (Annexure-R-7/B to the counter affidavit), rendering the present application infructuous.

4. Accordingly, the present writ application stands disposed of as having become infructuous.

5. If so advised, the petitioner, if aggrieved by the decision of the authority, shall be at liberty to challenge the same by way of filing an appropriate application in accordance with law.

6. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
