Taking into consideration that the petitioner is husband of deceased who died within one year of her marriage, in other than normal circumstances and there is specific allegation of illegal demand and torturing, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of bail to the petitioner and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 57 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra stands rejected.
