In the present case, petitioner has raised a limited grievance for payment of Rs. 21,39,000/-.

It has been mentioned in the petition that tender was floated for appointment of contractor for repair and reconstruction of Hotel Kautalya Vihar, situated at Bir Chand Patel Path, Patna. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has completed renovation work of Hotel but payment of Rs.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4717 of 2017 dt.01-08-2017 21,39,000/- which he is entitled has not been made by the Bihar State Tourism Development Corporation.

In such view of the matter, petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation along with essential documents to substantiate his case. If such representation is filed, the Managing Director of the Bihar State Tourism Development Corporation will be obliged to look into the matter and will pay the admitted dues. In case the Managing Director arrives to a finding that payment is not made or part payment is found to be made, he will give reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner will pass a reasoned order. All process should be completed within a period of two months from the date of filing of the representation. With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
