2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 151 of 2024 registered for offence under Sections 346, 363, 365, 368, 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, on 28.04.2024 at about 10:00 AM, this petitioner took informant to Delhi for marrying her and kept her in a hotel at Noida for six days and thereafter, made physical relation with her. It is further alleged that on 07.05.2024, the petitioner brought informant to the village Bishanpur Gonahi and kept her in a dark room and other F.I.R. named accused persons abused and assaulted her and thereafter, on 09.05.2024, they left her at Gonahi Chaur.

4. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has supported the prosecution case.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
