JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner happens to be younger brother-in-law of the deceased. The marriage of deceased had taken place six and half years ago and after marriage she had given birth to a child. No doubt, the case has been registered under Section 304B, 1220B, 201/34 of the IPC but admittedly elder brother-in-law as well as mother-in-law of the deceased have been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Sessions Trial No. 543/ 2015 arising out of Bagaha (Bhairoganj) P.S. case No.354 of 2015.
