The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 344, 365, 370(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have persuaded the victim to accompany them on the pretext of providing good job but the petitioners left the victim at the house of Muskan @ Shilpa and asked them to dance. Muskan @ Shilpa has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Criminal Misc. No. 49834 of 2014. There is no allegation against the petitioners that the petitioners sexually exploited the victim. The petitioners are in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21648 of 2015 (3) dt.07-09-2015 jail since 16.08.2014 i.e. they have remained in jail for more than one year.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 91 of 2014, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 68 of 2015. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Amin/- U
