JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. According to the petitioner, his father was working in Nationalized High School Bansh Bigha Danarua, Masaurhi in the District of Patna as clerk died on 11.12.2015. The petitioner claims that he has filed an application which was duly forwarded by the Headmaster of the school on 26.07.2016 to the District Education Officer, Patna (Annexure 5), however, no decision has been communicated to him as yet.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2030 of 2017 dt.09-03-2017 2 / 2 Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.6, the District Education Officer, Patna to put up the matter before the District Compassionate Appointment Committee so that a decision could be taken by it in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
