The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 302 and 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. During the course of investigation the name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Chand Mian @ Rizwan @ Nesar. Chand Mian has already been granted bail vide Cr.Misc.No. 43575 of 2014 and Dhanilal Kumar has been granted bail vide Cr.Misc.No.43709 of 2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Sugauli
