2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 132 of 2020 arising out of Laheriya Sarai P.S. Case No. 294 of the 2020

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant was an eye-witness of the beating of her husband by Surya and subsequently the dead body of the husband of the informant was found.

4. The petitioner is named in the FIR and he is accused in seven more cases.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 14.6.2020.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-X, Darbhanga in connection with S.T. No. 132/2020 arising out of Laheriya Sarai P.S. Case No. 294 of 2020.
