2. The present modification application has been filed for modification (extension of time) of the order dated 26.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34374 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some personal reasons the petitioner could not surrender before the learned Court below within the stipulated time period as mentioned in the order dated 26.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34374 of 2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5294 of 2025(2) dt.14-02-2025 2/2 a proof which suggests that the petitioner has already paid Rs. 7,000/- per month to the Opposite Party No. 2 from October, 2024 to January, 2025 and he also undertakes to comply the order dated 26.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34374 of 2024.

5. In view of the aforesaid, the time for surrender of petitioner, namely, Abdul Waris and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 26.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34374 of 2024 is extended by four weeks' from today.

6. Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of.
