2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Samastipur Town P.S. Case No. 236 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals have looted Rs. 1,25,000/- from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and there is no recovery from the petitioner and no T.I. parade has been held of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that without accepting his guilt, he is ready to make good a part of the loss of the informant and he is ready to deposit Rs. 40,000/- at the time of furnishing bail bond. The

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur Town P.S. Case No. 236 of 2022.

8. At the time of furnishing bail bond, he shall furnish a demand draft in the name of the informant which shall be handed over to the informant.

9. The petitioner will visit Muffasil, (Dist.- Samastipur) Police Station on the first and last Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Guddu/- U T
