The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 120B, 419, 420, 467 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner obtained two degrees, one in the name of Sudha Kant Kumar and another in the name of Abhishek Kumar. The petitioner is serving on the basis of the degree obtained in the name of Sudha Kant Kumar but the petitioner sold the degree obtained in the name of Abhishek Kumar to Naveen Kumar. Naveen Kumar got employment as Sub Inspector in CISF, but he did not join. The petitioner is in jail since 30.03.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
