JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It appears that except confessional statements of coaccused Moharram Nut as well as other accused including petitioner and some criminal antecedents, there is nothing against the petitioner. The looted articles are said to have been recovered from a ditch on the basis of confession made by co-accused. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S.Case No. 225 of 2015.
