JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-09-2022 Though the present writ petition was filed for payment of admitted outstanding death-cumretiral dues to the petitioner in lieu of the death of the father of the petitioner in harness while serving as a Choukidar under the Circle Office, Alam Nagar, but the Respondents have filed a counter affidavit wherein they have submitted that the admitted outstanding amount of death-cum-retiral dues have been paid to the brother of the petitioner, namely, Ram Shawaroop Ram i.e. the Respondent No. 7.

Patna High Court CWJC No.22062 of 2018(3) dt.26-09-2022 2/2 In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Madhepura for redressal of grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner approaches the District Magistrate, Madhepura, he shall make an enquiry into the matter and address the grievances of the petitioner, forthwith preferably within a period of twelve weeks of filing of appropriate representation by the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
