Taking into consideration that the victim, specifically, stated about the manner, in which, she was kidnapped and raped by the petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of bail to the petitioner and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 112 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada stands rejected.

However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after recording of deposition of the victim in course of trial. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
