2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 375 of 2022 arising out of Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 151 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 394 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant was shot at by the criminals who committed a loot also.

4. The name of the petitioners have come during investigation and materials have come connecting them with the crime. The petitioners are accused in eight more cases of similar

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9802 of 2024(2) dt.20-02-2024 2/2 and serious nature. The petitioners are in jail since 14.03.2022.

5. Considering the serious allegations of having committed a loot after injuring the victim and considering the criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

6. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
