Having regard to the fact that the petitioner's prayer for bail in this application, is in continuation of his earlier application being Criminal Miscellaneous No. 14144 of 2013, and that there were three accused persons including the present petitioner, who were the main assailants, and they have already been put on trial as per the report of the trial Court and their statement under Section-313 Cr.P.C also was to be recorded on 11.08.2015, this Court now must hold the present application to have become infructuous.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21037 of 2014 (4) dt.27-08-2015 It is, accordingly, dismissed.

The trial Court, however, must make its endeavour, to dispose of the trial of the petitioner as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order. Let a copy of this order be sent to the trial Court for its strict compliance.
